LANArix provides an easy way to connect a Rohde&Schwarz R&S NRT-Zxx series directional power sensor (1,2) to your controlling personal computer via a network and operate the power sensor with standard SCPI commands. No proprietary drivers are necessary. The interface box is connected to your network by a wired Ethernet cable. For controlling the power sensor via the LANArix interface box from a PC, the standard VISA HiSLIP protocol is used. Thus, LANArix turns your existing directional power sensor into a network power sensor... -- ...which can be controlled from practically everywhere.
